How It Works?
Please read carefully.
Consent Forms
Please have all consent forms signed by each parent NOT by the birthday parent. Every child must have a release form filled out prior to each party ( Party will not start without ) Signing form implies that you have read and understand the Spa policy. Make up consent Little Misses Spa and Boutique LLC As part of the Spa experience, age appropriate make up and spa treatment will be applied. This includes but not limited to lip gloss and eye shadow. Make up use are hypoallergenic and make up applicators are new and disposable. I acknowledge any of the beauty or spa treatments are for entertainment purposes only and Little Misses Spa and Boutique LLC are not licensed cosmetology professionals and we will not cut, file, trim push back cuticles or do any services provided at a certified nail salon.
